Appointments
To request an appointment, you provide your name, email, phone number, service, date, time, and optional notes. Solid Ideas uses this information to manage the appointment request and contact you. Booking requests appear in the owner tools for review and management.
Orders
The guest order form asks for your name, email, phone number, selected offerings, and quantities. It records an order request with a pending payment status; the form does not ask for payment-card details. Order requests appear in the owner tools for review and management.
Accounts
Account registration records your name and email along with an authentication credential. The site uses this information to create and secure account access. It sends account verification email through its email service, and uses an authentication session when you sign in.
Site analytics
When Polsia platform analytics are enabled for a deployment, the site saves a random browser identifier in local storage and sends a page-load beacon to Polsia for site visit analytics.
